Damian joined Eric N. Klein & Associates, P.A. in 2009, bringing with him over a decade of substantive experience in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, family law, civil litigation, commercial litigation and real estate. As an experienced bankruptcy and litigation paralegal he has assisted in representing clients in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies in addition to supporting our family and civil litigation practice.
Damian’s career in the legal field began in 2001 at a prestigious New York law firm specializing in bankruptcy, family law, real estate, civil and commercial litigation matters. His broad knowledge and years of experience allow him to assist and advise clients, under the direction of an attorney, with their common questions during the pendency of their case. In addition to providing skilled legal assistance, Damian is a compassionate listener. He patiently helps clients with the details and paperwork that is required throughout the Bankruptcy process.
Damian was born and raised in the Bronx, New York City.
In late 2007, Damian relocated to South Florida with his wife and 2 children. In his free time Damian enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and watching the San Francisco 49ers.
